Work process

1.) Research & Website Planning

The first step in building Agava’s webshop was thorough research — understanding the audience, analyzing competitors, and identifying key conversion opportunities. I wanted to know who the users are, how they shop, what they expect, and how to guide them smoothly toward a purchase.

Based on the insights, I structured the site from scratch and created a clear user journey. I also wrote the landing page copy, focusing on delivering the brand’s message quickly and effectively.

– I analyzed user behavior and market positioning
– I planned the structure, key sections, and flow of the website
– I wrote the main content, including a conversion-focused landing page

2.) UI/UX Design — Custom, Clean, On-Brand

Once the strategy was in place, I moved on to designing the user interface and experience. I designed everything from scratch — no templates — because Agava is a brand that deserves to stand out visually.

The focus was on clarity, ease of use, and a seamless mobile experience. Every element on the site was designed to serve a purpose — to make navigation intuitive and encourage purchases.

I created a custom design aligned with Agava’s brand identity
I applied a mobile-first approach and tested responsiveness thoroughly
I crafted a UX flow that drives users smoothly from product discovery to checkout

3.) Development

With the design finalized, I developed the webshop using modern no-code tools to ensure flexibility, speed, and ease of maintenance for the client.

I built the store using WordPress + WooCommerce, integrating all necessary functionalities and services — from payment gateways to delivery options.

I implemented product filters, variations, cart, checkout, and more
I connected third-party services like Stripe, PayPal, and shipping APIs
I customized the admin panel to be simple and intuitive for daily use

4.) Testing, Launch & Ongoing Support

Testing, Launch & Ongoing Support
Before going live, I conducted extensive testing across devices, browsers, and user scenarios. I fixed any UX issues and optimized performance to ensure a smooth launch.

After launch, I provided training so the client could manage the shop independently, and I continue to offer technical support and feature development when needed.

I tested UX and functionality on mobile and desktop
I optimized performance and applied SEO best practices
I delivered training and handed off a fully functional online store
